The Palomar 1540nm Fractional non-ablative laser emits micro beams that penetrate up to 1 mm deeper than competing devices. By creating deeper columns of coagulated tissue, a more natural healing process is initiated that speeds up the formation of healthy, new tissue to fill in the damaged treatment areas.
Fractional Laser Treatments are used for:
surgical scars
improves the look of large pores
stretch marks

During the treatment, the top layer of the skin is maintained. This helps minimize down time, speed up recovery, and protects the tissue from infection during the healing process.
The Palomar LUX 1540 Fractional Laser also offers more energy per micro beam compared to other devices. With only two or three passes, the hand piece reaches high-powered, deep penetrating micro beams to effectively make corrections remodeling. This treatment can be done on all skin types. For ideal comfort, a topical anesthetic is applied for a period of time prior to treatment.
Three treatments are recommended, typically separated by six weeks for tissue healing purposes.
